Beer-braised pork cheek with caramelised onion cream, baked pointed cabbage, roasted potatoes and red wine sauce

THURSDAY
Baked salmon with grilled pepper sauce, potato écrasé and seasonal vegetables

FRIDAY
Pork schnitzel with green peas, red wine jus and Café de Paris butter

Starter – Scallop with truffle velouté and sea coral

Add dessert for 45:- and choose between crème brûlée, homemade chocolate truffle or a scoop of ice cream.
