THURSDAY
Fish stew with rouille, croutons, prawns and root vegetables

FRIDAY
Chicken schnitzel with red wine jus, herb butter, green peas and herb-crushed potatoes

Starter – Scallop with truffle velouté and sea coral

Add dessert for 45:- and choose between crème brûlée, homemade chocolate truffle or a scoop of ice cream.
