LIVE: CASTRO TRIO & TILDE

Moodindigo offers an intimate and soulful interpretation of some of the greatest voices in soul music. Led by singer and artist Tilde, and joined by musicians from Gothenburg-based Castro Trio, the ensemble brings fresh, improvisational arrangements to the music of Nina Simone and other beloved soul classics.

With roots in Gothenburg and based in Stockholm, Tilde is currently celebrating the release of her third album, Little Girl Blue. Her music moves effortlessly between soul, jazz and indie, driven by a warm and expressive voice and a strong focus on storytelling, emotion and presence.

The musicians of Castro Trio are well established on the Swedish jazz and live music scene, with a strong connection to soul and related genres through collaborations with several renowned Swedish artists. Their background in jazz and improvisation brings a dynamic and spontaneous quality to Moodindigo’s sound.

Together, Tilde’s distinctive voice and the musicians’ intuitive interplay create an intimate and captivating live experience — where timeless soul meets contemporary expression.

Following a sold-out premiere at Utopia in Gothenburg, Moodindigo returns with a performance filled with warmth, depth and musical discovery.
