Mix of mushrooms with fried potato, creme fraiche, garlic & spinach.

Blackened haddock with roasted fennel, peppery carrots & orange sauce.
Gnocchi with fried root vegetables, winter cabbage & Parmesan.

Tusk with salt roasted beets, fried pork, dill & horseradish.
Beetroot risotto with goat cheese, grilled lemon & arugula.

Bread baked salmon with cauliflower, spinach, red onion & saffron aioli.
